Juvenile Parents strong Jury

"Children and Youth Jury" is a reading promotion program developed by the National Library of Latvia and implemented since 2001. Children and young people who take part in the work of the jury become experts in literature. Every year, they read and evaluate the latest books specially selected for this program and nominate writers, illustrators, translators, publishers - all those who have contributed to the creation of the most interesting books. The award is presented at the beginning of the year at the Great Reading Festival.
