  • Local database electronic database, which has over 43 thousand. a record of the history of Gulbene region, nature, local governments, economy, education, culture, medicine, sports, public organizations, local people - writers, actors, artists, musicians;
  • an extensive collection of thematic local history materials on Gulbene region - the city and 13 parishes;
  • books, guides, booklets and other printed matter about the county;
  • fiction and other publications by our residents;
  • local music recordings;
  • literature in the humanities on history, ethnography, folklore, cultural history, literary studies, linguistics, art, music and sports;
  • magazines of about 70 titles for on-site reading and home delivery;
  • newspapers "Dzirkstele", "Gulbene novada Ziņas"

Open access computers;
Free internet, incl. sk. Wi-Fi;
Receive advice, inquiries and information in both electronic and traditional form;
Printing, copying, scanning, laminating of information;
