New books in spring 2022

Every month, the reader service department of Gulbene County Library delights its readers with a wide selection of new books. Here is a list of new books for the winter.

SECTORAL LITERATURE

Rights of Administrative Violations: Explanatory Notes to the Administrative Liability Act. - 637 pages
