Doctor-therapist, doctor of medical sciences Kalnbērzs Konstantīns was born on August 8, 1893 in Litene parish. Father of the well-known traumatologist V. Calnsberz.

Graduated from the 1st University of Moscow (1930). Chief State Sanitary Inspector of the Latvian SSR (1940-1941); 1942 - 1944 headed the Latvian School of Nursing in Rostov (Yaroslavl County).
LVU (1944 - 1950), lecturer at RMI (1950 - 1958), head of the Department of Hospital Therapy (since 1953). He has studied mainly changes in blood pressure.

Died on April 3, 1960 in Riga.
