We officially announce: summer is here! We invite you to go nature! We have compiled and shared information about Latvian nature trails , which is available at the disposal of our library. Nature trails are a very topical and even stylish thing at the moment, so we will be happy if we have helped with inspiration and fresh info!
Most recently, the special issue of the magazine "IR" "Summer Holidays " has been published about the recently opened hiking routes "Mežtaka" and "Jūrtaka", which cross the whole Baltics. A good advisor will be the article "Night in the Forest" in this issue, which offers accommodation options as close to nature as possible. We also offer to get acquainted with the new thematic magazine "Active and relax", which contains the latest information about the most beautiful trails and hiking routes in Latvia.
The publishing house Latvijas Mediji has published two useful thematic magazines for hiking enthusiasts: “ 30 Nature Trails” and “Hiking” , which include various routes for visiting Latvia. In addition, practical advice is provided on how to better prepare for the hike, how to dress, what shoes are the most suitable, which would still be needed for the hike to succeed.
