New travel document!

The Covid-19 digital certificate became operational in the European Union on July 1. This will confirm that the person has been vaccinated, contracted a virus or tested negative, and will allow them to move freely and safely within the EU. In Latvia, the digital Covid-19 certificate can be obtained at 93 unified customer service centers, including Gulbene municipality.
